THE STORY
Why Tat2table exists
I'm Trine . I've been a tattoo artist for over 20 years. I was there from the very beginning – when tattooing in Germany looked very different.
The beginnings
Back then, the equipment wasn't as sophisticated as it is today. A lot of it was improvised, cobbled together, made to work somehow. I'm glad the industry has evolved – better machines, better inks, better hygiene. But one thing has never really changed: the workplace.
The problem
Every tattoo artist knows the feeling: the workspace is a chaotic mess of mismatched pieces. A table from here, a shelf from there, cables tangled everywhere. Nothing is designed to meet the actual needs of a tattoo artist. Everything is a compromise.
What's important to me
I like order. I like hygiene and cleanliness. When I'm working, I want to concentrate on my art – not on where I put my stuff or whether the surface is really clean.
The trigger
I had to come up with something, especially for conventions . Space is limited, everything needs to be quick to set up and take down, still look professional, and above all: be perfectly hygienic. So I started tinkering.
5 years of development
Together with KW Metall Ilmenau – true professionals in metal construction, right here in Thuringia – we tinkered, tested, and discarded ideas. Hundreds of prototypes. Countless adjustments. Until every detail was perfect.
The result
TAT2TABLE isn't just another accessory. It's a system . Modularly designed, it adapts to your workflow – not the other way around. Every component fits perfectly. Every expansion makes sense. And it's all Made in Germany .
